A Kanban board for every project

Describe a task in your own words and it becomes a card. Right-click it and a new chat investigates it, resolves it in a git worktree or QAs it.

A task typed in plain words becomes a titled, tagged card; Resolve sends it through In progress and In review to Done.

What you get

Cards from plain words
Describe a task, with screenshots if you like, and a quick Sonnet chat titles it, tags it and takes a first look.
Resolve it in a worktree
Right-click a card to investigate it, resolve it in a git worktree on a branch of its own, or QA it once it is in review. Your checkout is left alone.
pi moves its own cards
pi gets kanban_* tools to take a card, move it across To do, In progress, In review and Done, and report on it.
Chats wear their card
Chats working on a card show their mark on it, so you see at a glance what is moving.

Make a card from an issue or pull request, or link one to a card. Cards show their links.
